3 Steps to a DNA Profiling Match and Biological Stain Analysis

  1. Request the free DNA Bioscience Specimen Collection Kit for Forensic DNA Testing to be sent to your home or business. Click here for free kit
  2. Follow the easy instructions to collect the cheek cell specimens from the individuals to be included in the analysis using the swabs provided in the kit. Place the special specimens (e.g., hair, semen stain, or blood stain) into an envelope or plastic bag. If the special specimen is moist do not place into a plastic bag until the item has completely dried. NOTE: Results obtained from specimens collected at home are not strongly supported in a court of law. If the results are expected to be submitted as evidence in a court of law please contact DNA Bioscience on 0800 321 7016 for more information.
  3. Send payment and the samples for analysis to DNA Bioscience. Results usually take between two and six weeks (depending on the procedure), and will be provided by email, telephone, mail and/or facsimile.
